Email: urtuduapp@gmail.com. The fastest way is the Send feedback button in the app (Settings → Send feedback): it opens an email with the app version filled in, and nothing is sent until you tap Send. We answer within a few days, usually sooner.
Common questions
- Do I need an account?
- No. There is no sign-up and no login. Your journal is stored on your phone.
- Where is my data?
- On your device, in the app’s private storage. Nothing you write is uploaded. If you use Apple’s device backup, the app’s data is included in your own backup like any other app. Details: privacy policy.
- How do I get my journal out?
- Settings → Your data → Export. You get one file with everything, handed to the iOS share sheet, so it goes only where you send it.
- How do I delete everything?
- Settings → Your data → Delete all local data, or delete the app. There is no copy anywhere else to delete.
- I missed a night. Did I lose the day?
- No. A day you didn’t close shows in the Journal as “Not closed”, and you can close it for a week afterward. The list is still there.
- Reminders aren’t showing.
- Check Settings → Reminders inside the app, then iOS Settings → Notifications → Urtudu. Reminders are local to your phone and show only the task name and time.
- Purchases, restores, and subscriptions
- Urtudu Pro is bought through the App Store. Restore purchases from Settings → Urtudu Pro. Yearly renews through your Apple account and is managed in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- How do I join the beta?
- It’s open and free while it lasts: sign up here and you’ll get the TestFlight link by email. Beta testers keep Pro for life.
- Found a bug?
- Tell us what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps. Never paste anything private from your journal; we don’t need it and we don’t want it.
